I recently had a post called "The Journal Of ImTrying." One day I got a message saying I should change my username because "ImTrying" leaves the possibility of failure. So that's what I did! I WILL be a new person, it shall be done.

I have already failed a few times since my start two weeks ago. Please tell me what keeps you motivated and what helps you quit. It would mean a lot!

So recently I've been terrible about avoiding masturbation. I failed quite a bit since my start. But no more! I'm done with it and I'm gonna push through!

What is better? To quit over time or to drop it immediately?

I think it is best to drop it completely. When I first started noticing how much of a bad impact PMO had on my life many months ago, I quit watching P but continued to m. Then I just did pictures of hot girls then I went back to P then I decided to stop on my own. Didn't last long. I then started an account on here and have not looked back since. I recommitted myself to God, Started praying more, I got baptized just last week, I joined a college bible study group, I have gone through an incredible transformation thanks to giving up PMO for Good. I am a Christian and I gave it up so I could not only stop being a hypocrite but also improve my relationship with Christ. I would definitely give it up completely ASAP. It is a waste of time and only creates bad things in one's life. I am not the only one on here to say that without PMO I am a new, different, fantastic person. Undo your chains and set yourself free from the self made internal prison of PMO. Your life is up to you though. Take what I ahem to say into consideration but always remember that YOU control your life. Don't have some addiction control YOU. You are the master of your fate and the captain of your sole. You can do and be something of value to this world. The only thing standing in your way is PMO. Either you let it knock you down, or you flip the script and beat it into the farthest recesses of hell. Be a man. Live strong.

    Peace and God Bless!
