    Hey,

You are most likely living in a country where your options to spend the day are heavily limited for the coming weeks duo to the much discussed Corvid-19 virus (for instance the closed gym, school or restaurant).

This means you will have to spend a lot of time in the house. In your bedroom. In your shower. Every place in your house where you have probably relapsed often.

The combination of boredom and irritation, sadness or any other negative feeling increases the chance of a relapse tremendously.

We all have to make the best out of the situation. With the right mindset, that can be easy. Don't let the coming 3 weeks set you back in your progess.

Instead, use the time you have to boost your progress.

3 weeks from now you can have:
    • Your day counter up by +21 days
    • Read or studied extra for a few hours or way more
    • Trained your abs with just home-workouts
    • Learned more about your relatives
    • Organised your pc, cleaned your house and finished all the chores you never had the time for
    • A full agenda with social activities you've planned
    • Increased your stamina with building up cycling or running distances
    • Finished a project for school or work
    • A better mindset because you have the time to try-out different types of meditation
    • Mastered a video or board game
Ofcourse not all things from the list above apply for you. Pick whatever you like and combine it with activities you came up with.

Most importantly is that you maintain a normal sleep pattern and try to have a routine. You will not feel good if you are up at 3 AM edging on porn with a bowl of crisps next to you because you don't have any obligations the day after.

I'm sorry if this sounds patronizing to you but I'm sure a lot of people will relapse and feel bad afterwards because they didn't thought about their schedule or activities for the time coming.

    Best of luck
    Submariner

Thank you for your message @Submariner!

Today I choose a positive and grateful mindset, leaning on others for support, helping to support others whenever I can.

Today I'm blessed to have people of exceptional strength and character in my life. A few months ago I had zero friends, zero family.

Stay healthy and stay positive All.

That is great! I've should added helping others (especially people who are vulnerable to the virus) to the list with ideas.

Nice to hear that everything is going great for you! :)
