    We are talking about sleeping in different room so that's that's helping after sleeping in the room I get used to it she sleeps better I sleep better I'm not tempted to grab a body part is in nice now

    It sounds like Icy Hot and a ping pong paddle would be funner it also wouldn't break the rules the only one having fun with me the ping pong paddle in the Icy Hot

    Hi @Pranav1486 how you doing? I think porn already makes us unkind to ourselves. The idea of punishment seems to be a further unkindness. Also I don't think your porn addicted brain will care, it'll always choose pmo and pay whatever self imposed consequences afterwards. Punishment is different from controlling your environment so you are not tempted, like not keeping a computer in the bedroom or not sleeping in the same room as someone.

    I think we count days because recovery is a slow process. There are no quick fixes (we would all take them if there were) I know resetting your days is a painful lost, I've had resets after 113 and 97 days but I think it helps because it's teaching your brain that this is a long game. It's not an issue that has a quick fix. The counters help but the goal is to have healthy relationships with ourselves and others.

    Today is day 54 of 60 90 towards 120, I want to start really enjoying this I'm hoping that it will become enjoyable I know it's a journey and those earning is worth it the destination is true intimacy with my wife which is doing it by my size and she's doing it to of course

    Relapsed again now. :(

    Setting my counter. Day 0.

    Now it is night.
    I did M 3 times :(
    Feeling totally demotivated, hoping get recover soon.
    Having brain fog, headache, memory loss, fatigued.

    Beginning new life.
    As now it is night,
    tomorrow morning i will surely go for running and will take care of my food.
    And i will just focus on my goal....

    I will always update here... as it helped me a lot on my previous longest streak.

    Feeling so much relaxed after writing everything what am i feeling.

    Sure. The first thing very important for me was to find something to break the cycle that takes to pmo, but something easy to do. Because pmo is pleasant but also an easy action. I tried reading books, doings push ups during a strong urges, but these things were very difficult to accomplish in that moment. So I tried the most easy thing that was going out from home and going for just a walk, a bit in the park, sitting on bench, maybe meditating. it is something easy but also gives me gratification, so every time i am alone at home I just go out.
    Then it is important to understand, specially at the point you are, there are moments where you feel alone, depressed, no one loves you, those are just lies by your brain. Don't listen them. it is not true. there are happy days and bad days, just that, it is part of life.
    This time of recevery is for me a challenge where I can improve myself every day. I don't focus too much on streak, on not pmo ecc but on the life I want. I focus on the fact I want a beautiful body so I find energy to go in gym. I focus on the fact i want to become a scientist so I find energy to study very hard. I focus on the fact I want friends and a girlfriend so I find energy to connect with the others. I hope I was exhaustive if not ask me whatever thing

    Thanks very much I'm actually doing most of everything you said bro I appreciate it I'm 56 years old so I still do push-ups I do the treadmill 30 minutes a day sometimes another 15 or 20 minute session in the evenings and I do the the Bruce Lee Hulk I focus all that energy into is like no flexing my arms fingertips like I'm trying to push mud like I'm Bruce Lee Hulk

    Bro it is normal in reboot feeling down, resist it. Focus on your dreams, focus on improving your life every day in little things, step by step. I can say I also passed that phase, now I feel better with a great sense of security. Don't listen the lies by your brain
