    Hi everyone,
I'm new here and just starting my way. Before a clean start I wanna learn about things to get enough willingness and do it right.

My question is about fighting the habit.
Most of the times its refraining from internet at certain hours, less TV and staying away from other triggers.

It reminded me of myself trying to stay in line with going to sleep early. On working days. For certain reason it didn't have to do with PMO. I was out of time just with computer, talking to friends etc.

And honestly following sleeping schedule was never one time thing. I was getting back to that again and again following new rules for a 2-3 weeks and slipping back again. I could never stay dedicated long.

So here's my question: if I'm so bad with setting long time goals and schedules like that, would it mean to a certain extent that I will have problems consciously fighting the PMO problems setting goals like that, I mean, watching what I do and refusing some things, not trying to savor a moment?

I hope I made myself clear of what i meant, so is there a difference?

Your writing and question is not entirely clear.

Yes, discipline in other areas of your life will help you and lack of discipline in other areas of your life may hurt you.

Regardless, quitting PMO will probably be the hardest thing you ever do.

I think you can quit PMO by focusing on one day at a time. People's minds are wired differently and that could work for you.

Willpower is genuinely like a muscle. You can train yourself to have more. You can grow stronger.
