A relapse should not be the end.

The best moments I have lived in my almost 33 years have been practicing NOFAP. They were more than 500 wonderful days, but pride, negligence and lack of concentration led me to relapse a couple of days ago. But, here I go again, this failure, far from sinking me, will make me come back with more strength and commitment.
I have learned that the recovery journey is not temporary, but for a lifetime.
