A Technique for Aiding Unwanted Erections, Blue Balls and Wet Dreams

    I am doing this for around 3-5 min before going to sleep. I sit down in my meditation position on my bed and I try to keep a straight spine and do this technique. I pause every 4-6 times and breath normally in between, because holding the breath everytime I exhale is really hard when you try to do it for 5 mins straight. So I choose a more 'easy' way, or as I would call it a more 'sensitive' way. My technique allows me to do the breathing even in the middle of the night, when I wake up, because of some noise outside or because I am very horny. Plus, I keep a low heart rate, which is basically more healthy before going to bed.

    I did this exercise everyday for the last 15 days. But as OP already said, its probably enough if you do it every other day or less.

    @SolidStance. Can this technique be completed after drinking a 6 pack of very heavy dark German beer?
