About a week in. Have some questions

So first off I’m about a week-week and a half in. I didn’t count the days when I stopped, only realized it the other day and figured I’d run with it. I’ve been wanting to quit porn for a while and figured that I should just start. I have a few questions about it before I get into it fully as I am new to this forum.

Question 1: when somebody says a 90 day reboot, it’s 90 days without porn/masturbation right? I don’t want to go back to porn but I was curious if a reboot is just no porn or if it’s still no masturbation after that period is up?

question 2: for the past few days when I poop some precum drips out I’ve had it happen before a little bit every now and then but now it’s a lot every time I go. Is this normal for the first bit of a reboot?
