I'm obtaining from porn and masturbation, but with orgasms only with my wife. It's been tough this past month. My wife struggles with extremely low libido/sexual desire. I haven't looked at porn in a long long time but masturbation has been a continuing struggle. I hadn't masturbated for a month until the past few days. I'm ready to stop making excuses, blaming my marriage and making our sexual struggles worse.

I'll hit a week of NoFap tomorrow night. I shouldn't ever fap again (unless for some reason I'm at some point giving a sperm sample to a doctor), there is absolutely no reason to fap.

Fapping makes me perverted and more anxious. Abstaining from fapping is a great way of training my willpower.

 

Two days in already, just joined these forums five days ago. I'll be going for hard mode for the duration of April and hope that it will be a good foothold on my plans for rebooting.

Since working on this and focussing my life and energy by bringing in awareness and consciousness of my sexual behaviours, which for me is what all this is about I am finding myself less in conflict when I have a desire to watch porn. My most powerful realisation has been that shame is the predominant issue I have been working with.
So, I am with you all in this journey to end addiction to Porn.
