Accidentally saw porn. Did I relapse?

I typed in a search of a historical figure, John Bull I had just stumbled across a Wikipedia article of him and I decided to search him into Google Images, just for curiosity reasons and there were numerous pictures of him but one in particular was very grainy, it was a woodcut so like those historical artwork images from the 17th century. I thought I saw what looked like a woman wearing a dress in the background but her chest didn't look quite right but due to the poor resolution of the image I wasn't able to tell why. I clicked on the same image but it was a different size under the related images and I saw that the woman had her breasts exposed. So I immediately clicked out of Google Chrome.

Did I relapse?
