Accidently encountering p subs and wanting to be pulled in for more out of curiosity

    The title says it all. thats what just happened. Some of my relapses have started from this and im wondering what do u guys do as soon as u see a really atrractive p sub and get that hit of dopamine and your heart starts to pound and your stomach gets a little tensed. need advice please!!

    Yeah i did. found them by accident since i was unsubscribing to instagram from my email and BAM the pics popped up. I usually have a strong urge to google and see what pics what been updated by these people.

    I have seen quite a few of them by accident in the last few weeks. Because I am focusing on other goals, I do not direct my attention to it for too long. Rather than reacting really fast I just basically make it a point not to care about it. I feel I don't really need to be thinking about sex for very long during my reboot. If my brain wires to something completely different, then I feel the reboot is more likely to be successful overall. P subs might delay the process (which I logically don't want).

    In essence, I just remind myself of what I am focusing on personally (intellectual enrichment) and I redirect my thoughts toward that goal and away from sexuality.

    This probably has been the cause of all of my relaspes...gradually getting drawn in. I need to remember what feeling is cause for alert, I'm often with my guard down at those times.

    Clench your fist/s, stand up from the computer, flop face down on the bed and wail, scream and moan and do whatever you gotta do to cope with the dopamine denial. It sucks, but the more comfortable you are experiencing discomfort, the stronger you will be as a human being.
