    Hi everybody...
I'm really excited and happy to join the community. I've been watching and fapping for quite a while. Honestly I really hate this so much I want to completely avoid this from my life and lead a healthy happier life by doing more productive things. And I've really tried to abstain and control but I relapse quick and fall back in the loop. The maximum I was able to abstain so far was 20 days and I really feel very bad....really very bad and sad. I got into a relationship with an amazing girl and I don't want my addiction to spoil what we have. So please help me and support me in my journey and I hope I can really stay on track this time.

Hey, I hope you are feeling okay. Welcome to NoFap, we are all here for you. Keep trying. You can beat this. You are worth it.
Joining a challenge like the three day or seven day challenge can be helpful if you feel like trying it.
Meditation, exercise, and eating better have all helped me and continue to help.
Keep coming onto NoFap and reading what people do to stay porn-free.
    Good luck to you!

@tappu sena People asked me for guidance because I had 112 days free of pornography, but as I told them, look for input from multiple sources. Look to the old-timers here on NoFap. Read what they are doing. Keep coming back onto NoFap rather than opening pornography.
Staying off the screens unless there is something you need to do on them helps too.
I found a couple books on rebooting and staying porn-free, and reading them helped me as well. I found it best to download them and read them on my Kindle or on the iPad we have that does not get internet. (It's old, so the only thing it is good for is books and pdf's.)
I just relapsed today, but I will get my freedom back. We can do this!
