    So after getting addicted to porn I'm now addicted to social media last night I spend my whole night edging while sexting with a girl everyone I text her I get urges I'm spending almost 10 hours a day on phone and spending 7 hours of Instagram I also stay alone mostly and domt have any freinds yo g9 out with so I'm on day 17 which is my best but I've been edging last 2 days need help

    Get rid of poisonous social media. Do that and go out do something productive. Just walk.
    To me social media is so bad because it promotes bringing peole together but the last thing it does is that. People just alienate looking at their phones while standing in the same place where they could be looking at each other in the eyes.
