    Hi guys,

So I just relapsed. A key trigger of mine is being in the house before the evening. Today however I am ill. I was a bit ill yesterday and left the house which made things worse. Hence why today I decided to stay in. I honestly felt absolutely powerless. I may have an interview tomorrow so I need laptop to prepare which leads to PMO. I really just didn't know what to do. I could have just Md which would genuinely have improved things but I wanted to try and last. On top of that, I'm a Muslim which means whenever we M we need to take a shower which for an ill person is far from ideal. I didn't know what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions in case this happens next time?

    Hi lad,

Ask your self this, if -God forbid- you are still ill tomorrow, will you still go for your interview or will you call in sick. What do you approach with a high degree of importance? Your short term ill-health over long term resolutions? In my opinion: Make that sacrifice bro and take a shower. If indeed symptoms persist, then seek the advice of a medical practitioner.

Likewise, I just relapsed -thirty minutes ago- and I'm ill -although I work from home which is a major trigger but to which I have little to no control over. So I can relate. I took a shower and rebooted my PMO tracker.

Well you have to able to be at home alone with your laptop without relapsing. Otherwise you cripple your freedom.
Just pray the next time. I don't think we have the exact same conception of God, but for me he wants me to take responsibility for my life. That means if I say "I quit" it means I quit. There's no excuse like "it was too tempting". That just means we weren't serious enough in our decision. Decide and God will help.
