Almost 100 days in and don't know what is happening

Hey I'm 16 on almost 100 days streak but nothing is happening or rather it is getting worse day by day.
My libido is variable, my mood is variable, my motivation is variable, my social anxiety varies as well.
But all these traits are mostly absolutely horrible although sometimes quite ok.
Any help?I am really tired from all of this.
