    hi guys,
    Im on day 60 NoFap im very happy and i realized a lot of positive changes in me but 2 days ago came a cross a sit shows naked women i was really tempted to masturbate but i controlled my self last night i saw some porn on twitter for like 10 min since i dont wana go to porn tube and i touched my self a little bit but again i controlled my self i didnt continue.
    The urges is soo much do u guys think if i masturbate for once is gona be a big problem ???? I have really bad urges or its fine since i had 60 days hardcore nofap

    Yes, it's gonna be a big problem.
    If you see such sites popping up out of nowhere, immediately close them. They're not worth your time and energy.
    Don't give porn a chance or it will only come to steal, kill and destroy.
