    Hi,
    Today I had high desire when I doing urinate I masturebated to orgasm without even thinking and also without fantasies for once, now I feel awful and some depression because the last time I did that was before about 4 months, did my work was gone?I'm worry too much and need to help.

    4 months is a long time and nothing to be ashamed of. Judge it by what you did in that time and what you can do in the future. As long as you are improving yourself, the time is not wasted.
