    My voice usually cracks on nofap, and I smoked a cigarette tonight which usually doesn't help. Does anyone else have problems with their voice cracking when they smoke, or when they cease self stimulation? I sound like I'm in 9th grade English again, which blows. I'm 21. I should at least sound like I'm in 10th grade English.
