    Hey guys,
    I was doing good until now. Completed 6 days of no PMO and lost to the crazy urge. 3 times.
    Before this, i was happy. I was active, a bit confident, thinking and doing a lot of things compared to before nofap, but now I just lost. Going to try again. Feel dead inside.
