any way to help with blockers on Edge (sick joke i know) browser?

6 years in the game and i'm still awfully addicted to porn.just picked up a new computer Lenovo Yoga. I havn't owned a lap top in 10 years but you guys what I used it for:/ I'd rather use this laptop to set up a successful dog walking company.
Effective blocking software would be most helpful. Key word EFFECTIVE. I'm a jackass and spent the last year with a block on my iPhone, but I still searched for the porn. Now I've set my self for an intermediate conditioning schedule with porn and fucking sucks. Any software that you guys suggest? For some reason this isn't obvious on my laptop, it's baffling really.
