    almost feels like a no pain electrical feelings like a straight tingle last only a few seconds at a time , started with nofap and was wondering if anyone else gets this

    Thanks day 18 of my third streak my first two streaks i made to over 30 days and relapsed both times ... prolly only pmo 7-10 time I’m the last 80? Days during this relapse points before this I was 2-3 times a day from like 12 to 28
