Feel so tired when they get up that they dont even want to get out of bed? And it takes your brain sometimes several hours before it "wakes up"
This is for sure low dopamine..
Anybody eat or supplement anything specific before bed that helps them out? I've tried many things and natural herbals, teas, supplements and very light snack food combos before bed without any benefits so far.

Quit using caffeine. If you're swilling coffee/tea throughout the day, then your body starts needing that artificial stimulation just to remain at baseline. After an 8 hour sleep, your body starts going into the early stages of caffeine withdrawal--feeling tired/like shit.

I havent drank any caffeine regularly in probably close to a decade. If I have a tea or coffee it honestly is less than once every few weeks. I know caffeine is awful for regenerating dopamine. Honestly I think my receptors are just trashed from over 2 decades of extreme fapping. In my early 20s I sometimes would climax 6-7 times a day and this went on for many years.

Good you're not dependant on caffeine. One less thing to worry about.

Have you had a checkup or blood test at the doctor lately? Could be other health things going on (like prediabetes), especially if you happen to be overweight.

How far into recovery are you? I had the same problem for the first 5-6 months then energy levels started to slowly improve. When you stop PMOing your brain enters in dopamine deficiency state manifesting in fatigue, anhedonia, anxiety, depression... Brain chemistry needs time to rebalance itself. Nothing to worry about. Just be patient and hold on.

What has helped me to some degree? Daily aerobic exercise (mainly brisk walking/running/cycling) and supplements: Omega 3 (fish oil), Vitamin B complex, Vitamin D3, Ca, Mg, Zn, K.

Also look into adrenal fatigue. I used cardio exercise daily for depression for over 20 years, and I am a lifelong PMO addict. Both those habits can contribute to adrenal fatigue. There seems to be a link between adrenal fatigue and low testosterone. I've been taking ashwagandha because that is supposed to help. Also you are supposed to avoid cardio exercise.

Adrenal fatigue is not accepted by the medical community, so maybe it is just malarky.
