Hey all, title says it all really. I’ve read “A Brand New You” and “the porn myth” so far, both great reads. Looking for more inspiration and factual books on porn addiction. Nothing religious please, spiritual is fine. Lemme know!

I've heard good things about John Gottman's book "The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work" if you're married, that is. Also, Every Man's Battle is pretty good except for the part about stating that women basically "owe" sex to their husbands.

Try reading "No More Mr. Nice Guy". It opened my eyes about NoFap.

"In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts" by Gabor Mate. It's not about porn addiction, but about addiction more broadly. It's helped me to understand how and why people become addicts of all kinds.

  6. A couple I've read recently:

    Wack: Addicted to internet porn
    The Brain that changes itself

    "The brain that changes itself"
    by Norman Doidge.

It's about neuroplasticity in general and it discusses porn addiction briefly.

Recently I've been reading Tolstoj's "Kreutzer Sonata", and in my opinion it's a nice read for sexual transmutation and for the effects of a corrupted sexual attitude

I highly recommend David r Hawkins "letting go". There's others that have really helped me but it depends on the individual so if you're curious pm me I'm happy to suggest things that deal with the solution rather than the problem.
