I've been researching if chronic masterbating can cause low testosterone. I'm getting mixed results. So I thought I'd ask you guys if you've had yours checked. If so, low? High?
    Thanks!

I have not gotten mine checked but an orgasm can release testosterone, so at the moment you do it might be low during that time. I don't know for sure but I don't think chronic masturbation can cause you to always have low testosterone. Once you go 90 days without your testosterone levels should be whatever they would normally be if you never had an addiction to porn or masturbation.

I'm female so I'm good! Haha!!
Bf and I can't go two days without sex so I'm worried about his prior p and m and our healthy sex life depleting his testosterone

His levels will only be low after a release. As long as he goes without PMO or P he should be fine.

He went from pmo x2 daily to daily sex so there's never not a release. I said that already though.

I was tested a couple of years ago at about 150, which is super low. My PMO habit has only gotten worse since then, and I am just 4 days into my reboot. You bet I will get retested in 90 days as this is very important to me to know.

I'd like to know too! Remember this thread. Lol

  10. I think it generally goes up if you don't ejaculate, because it is in your system and hasn't been released but it still varies a lot person to person.

Actually, I'd have to say that knowing if you or a loved one (as is in her case) has low T is pretty important. I know a guy who was finally convinced to take the test after a bout of depression, and lo-and-behold, had low testosterone. After some treatment, he said things improved drastically (which is believable, considering the effect which testosterone has on us)

I'm not worried about it. I am concerned because 1) we are trying to get pregnant and I'm past 40.
    2) he has some emotional issues that could be due to low T.

  15. sorry about that, i did was not carefull, but hope the link I posted helped. there is lots of natural ways on there to get the testorone and other good stuff up. i spent hours and hours and weeks looking around the interent, and this site is by far the best, I researched his research, and most of what he talks about is pretty good.

  16. Scientifically there's no relation between testosterone and ejaculation except a testosterone spike at day 7 of no ejaculation then it returns to its normal levels.

Mine is at the lower limit of the "normal" range, and my endocrinologist has told me that this is probably due to my being overweight.

scientifically testosterone is what;s responsible for maintaining healthy erections, and libido in males not affected by PMO.
