    Hi everyone,
I am 28 and have been apping since 12. I have some certain headaches that moves around head. These headaches aren't painful but I can feel them. I am on my 22nd day of nofap.

I have been fapping for last 16 years and recently have decided to do away with this evil habit.

Kindly, guys tell me what to expect in coming days and how to cure this anxiety. I have been experiencing fatigue mostly after eating, anxiety, and minor headaches that move around other parts moslty focused on temples and middle of head.

  2. You know, not every negative thing in your life is related to (no)fap. It rains for both, the pope and the thief.

Quite possibly you would have these headaches regardless of your masturbation behaviour.

These are related to masturbation. I used to have such headaches after hours of porn consumption.

  4. And now you have them without porn consumption. Only makes sense that these have nothing to do with porn consumption.

It could be because of your caffeine addiction. Or your online addiction. Or because of the weather.

Seriously: Every addict thinks all the negative stuff is only caused by their addiction. Go to /r/decaf and everyone will harp about the most ridiculous things they imagine being caused by their caffeine addiction. Same with nofap.

I also experienced headaches around 3 weeks into my Nofap streak. I thought it‘s because I usually used fapping as stress release and since this wasn‘t possible anymore I got headaches. I had them for about a week or two. Now everything is back to normal.

If those headaches are very severe I would strongly urge you to see a doctor.

I think it’s caused by the dopamine withdrawal; used to always have headaches in first couple of fays if a new streak

I will say this, nofap will not hurt you or cause anything bad. Nofap is one of the best things you can do for your physical, mental, and spiritual health. So don’t be discouraged from a few withdrawal symptoms. Because once they pass, everything will be amazing.

It’s possible it’s from that as well.

But serious withdrawal symptoms definitely can happen from quitting pmo.

I used to feel like I literally had a flu. Headache, chills, and even stomach pain. The craziest and yet disgusting part is that when I relapsed. The symptoms were gone within an hour. Pmo is evil for sure, but get through the withdrawal and flatline. Life is bliss

Yes. There are also a lot of symptoms I’ve had that I probably can’t remember. I Even had Nausea (though I’ve never vomited)

the brain fog can also get so bad that you literally can’t read sentences for like 3 days. Usually it starts to get better after that.

But I think it’s easy to be concerned that somethings happening to you when it’s not while getting these severe withdrawal symptoms. You just have to trust and have faith in this. Whatever is happening, pmo will not fix the issue. Pmo will only bring every aspect of your life down.

So you might as well not ever do it if you are trying to fix things.

thats what I tell myself and it gets better with time. Though it can be scary but you just have to endure it.

I had been through a rough phase of life and still going. I had nausea, muscle cramps in legs, loss of balance, headaches, eraric bowel movement, chest pain, stuffy nose, pain around temples, pain in sinuses and light fever at night. It's my 25th day and I am managing it. The worst thing thay can dither exacerbate thses symptoms is hypochondria. I believe one can handle everything but not thses. And it takes time to thread the needle between these symptoms and your daily life.
