Are there any online meetings ?

I myself am one who's been trying many times to stop PMO. I've been here for about 4 years. Still struggling, yet never giving up.
I'd like to share a video series of some dude, that seems to me like he knows a thing or two about quitting PMO:


And I'm adding myself to your request for an online meeting group. Talking to people with the same problem can be rather helpful. Maybe a Zoom or Teams group.

 

Video series @omerico2121 suggested is absolutely essential viewing in my book. Binge the whole thing, and rewatch it every so often for reminders.

But it's not an online meeting. To answer your quesion, you have two options. NoFap does online video sessions, but I don't like them because they're extremely costly. I don't like NoFap's monetization model atall to be honest, because while as far as I can tell the cause is genuine but the methods used to get funds are pretty sketchy. Enough ranting though, what I would suggest for free online meetings is a 12-step group. You don't even have to follow the 12 steps (you don't even have to say a word all meeting if you dont feel comfortable), just turning up at the meetings is totally fine in my experience - no-one will look down on you. PAA holds online meetings every tuesday wednesday and saturday if I remember right, but you could also join SAA or any other 12 step group that holds online sessions.

 

I know Sa.org has a list of phone meetings, they have multiple ones every day. I find them helpful.
