    So I've been on nofap for 15 days. The weird thing about me is that I don't masterbate by jacking off I do it by rubbing my private part on a pillow a bed ect.

    The problem is that recently in my sleep I would have a fantasy and feel so good and then orgasm and feel cum filling my pants. Thing is I cum because I rub yhe pillow and it's like I get conscious the second I orgasm and it makes me feel like I masterbated cause like I was concious at the end

    what do you guys think? Is it a release that undoes my pmo streak and I also believe in sperm retention so it fucks that up too

    I had the same problem last night and have posted a thread also on this. It doesn't feel fair that we can get cheated out of our powers like this. your not on your own though so just power through. Don't give in because i'm not going to.If anything it's only made me want to carry on and get stronger

    It still counts as masturbating, and actually, I believe I discovered how my penis worked in a similar manner when I was younger, without actually touching it.

    Years ago I cheated on a run of NoFap by rubbing on a bed, and I was disappointed in myself. I haven't done that in 2.5 years, specifically.

    Now, even when working out, I try not to cheat during push-ups, so I refrain from pushing any pressure onto my dick between it and the floor.

    You can reset as far back to early teenage years, if you really want to.

    You can have a nocturnal emmision even if you are not having a fantasy. During my current streak I had a wet dream after 10 days but I wasn't even hard or didn't fantasize about anything. I woke up when I realized I was just going to ejaculate. I didnt feel like I cheated because before waking up I didnt fantasize neither was my penis hard.

    The most interesting thing is I am on day 34 and never had a nocturnal emission after the 1st one.
