Are this the reason for wet dreams?

    Hi guys.I am 24 y/o male. I am doing hardmode of nofap. I have completed 160 days. Everyday I do excercise, meditation and cold shower. During this streak not even once did I have a sexual thought but I keep getting wet dreams.

    I wonder if its because I have not talked to girls. I am more of a shy person or is it because I am not happy with my life.

    I don't think that's the reason. Perhaps you're not aware of is this, but wet dreams are a natural occurrence, even without an addiction. Normally, a person gets a wet dream about once a month or every few months if I'm not mistaken.

    As @Hros says, it's completely natural. Everyone is different, so some people have them more often, some less often, and some never. Don't worry about it. They will go away when you start having sex regularly.
