So I had my first wet dream last night another 2 week streak. Have had constant sexual dreams for the past 3 or so days now and last night I've woken up mid orgasm after yet again dreaming about watching p and ended up releasing. One thing that definitely affected this is my constant sexual dreams for the past 3-4 days. I think this is also because my groin has been very sensitive especially when I sleep sideways as I usually sleep hugging a pillow, and the pressure on my pillow on my sensitive groin gets me hard. I try to sleep on my back but I have just gotten used to sleeping sideways and hugging a pillow that I just end up being in that position during sleep even when I try sleeping on my back. So my question is.
How do you stop sexual dreams??
And do sexual dreams/ wet dreams affect my reboot in any way?
I don't count it as a reset of course since I don't watch p, masturbate, or fantasize. But I do get very strong sexual intrusive thoughts on some days.

  2. All this will pass, it's not setting you back. Your mind is just rolling in mental imagery and if you are not watching porn, it will get weaker and weaker over time. Don't force the process. As for the sensitivity, you just get used to it. Keep healing.
