Are you doing it correctly?

I was a weird kid, I would get naked and squat over the toilet even in school, I hated the cold toilet seat touching me lol, in Japan they have squat toilets.

 

I squat when going to the toilet, also I prefer to seat on the floor than on chairs. I study in the floor most of the time sitting in semi lotus or squat position
