    Thanks for the post, very interesting read! I can relate to the fact that if you can take the source of the addiction away (internet/electronics) you can stop the addiction, but this is rather very difficult especially for people who depend on the internet as a tool for education, work, etc, beyond just a commodity of sexual gratification. Its tough, its very tough, i feel broken often and the triggers are there the association of internet to PMO is what makes it soo tough not to just start googling, and going trough it all, i wonder if my isp, (internet provider) can block all adult content on the internet, i will see if that is possible, at least that will decrease the access to it (although in my lust rage i can find a way to overcome obstacles when i am in that drug high state), i think its all about recognizing PMO for what it is, its about re-conditioning your brain, re-washing our brain back to being normal, and feeling natural rather than doing the unnatural and the irrational, which is PMO. -A.M.
