    I am into incest porn and very ashamed of myself.
    It happened over a very long period of time and it's bad.

    Welcome to the forum. We all had particular tastes in porn. Do not allow it to define who you are. For the most part, the genre of porn we used to watch does not reveal our secret desires. Our addiction twisted our tastes. As you walk the path going forward the shame of what you used to watch will fade away.
