Sorry, but I'm not sure what else there is to explain?
If you're talking about Tetris, it's a classic puzzle game that exists on every platform known to man - I have a free version on iOS, but if you don't have a smartphone, it should be easy to find one on whatever you have. I find it really helpful when urges come, probably because it takes so much focus
If you're talking about my dumb slip up, I went lurking through people's social media pages like a creep, and I'm ashamed, especially because I eventually gave in. I'm very unhappy about it, but I'm not letting it kill my faith in this run
