Been ejaculating in my sleep 4 times

Hi. in 3 days I'm gonna reach 90 days challenge and until now I had lots of boners while sleeping but didn't have any sexual desire.
I really wanted to be touched sometimes because I felt like I miss this but I cannot tell I was horny. and also in all that period I had lots of wet dreams that lead to full ejaculation while sleeping.

BTW; I did the challenge before and was really horny back then and could not hold it anymore so I was breaking down after 77 days.

should I worry about that I don't feel horny from one hand but ejaculating while sleeping from the other hand?
