Beginning again

    I’ve rarely been committed to anything, ever and while I get by when it’s other stuff, I do believe that I need to stick to my sleep schedule, exercise, NoFap and limited screen time. It’s just that while i understand these things logically I’m unable to stick to them after the initial motivation that lasts like 2 hours is gone.
    Tips? Anecdote?
     
  2. Take it day by day Brethren!!!!!!!!!!!!, Rome wasn't built in a day. You will fall along the way but try to be as consistent as possible.
