    day zero (12/8/2020)

    today i masturbated.... despite trying very hard to control... i am not able to... so i finally came here.. in hope of getting rid of this nasty habit that has destroyed lot of my college life.. and does not allow me to have normal relationships. it has destroyed my confidence...

    i would try to document my thoughts here... i hope for some positive reinforcement
