Good point, as we learn more about this process we understand this whole thing is about changing your life. If all you do is stop fapping, your life will be the same except you won't fap. That's not really much of a change and it almost becomes meaningless to go through the hassle if all you're going to do is nofap.Okay, i don't wanna be "that guy", but i will.
I seriously doubt all of those "super powers" came only from not fapping.
Either you did a lot more than only " stop fapping", or it's all a placebo effect.

Stay strong, change is hard. Myself, I have to work hard each day to improve areas in my life in order to make this Nofap yield any benefits.
