    I haven't done this myself, and probably should... But I think the best way to stop PMO is to find friend on nofap.com and encourage each other over the private messaging. That way both of you can check up on each other and help out when things get tough. Has anyone tried this? If so, how has it worked for you? I could use a friend myself..
