    The last 9 months i have changed lots of things about myself.( since joining this site)
    I have joined the gym. Fixed my posture.
    Lost some weight. Acquired a healthier self esteem.

    Lately everywhere i go i get people smiling at me.
    And it feels great.
    Even better than female attraction.

    I noticed when I go into my second month I started fixing my posture too. Congrats man!

    I agree. It would be a mistake to do the challenge to get attention from females. We do this for ourselves!

    It is strange, it comes and it goes.
    I honestly don't take much notice. I am so focused on my own journey.
    But I guess it is always there especially on long streaks of no pmo.

    You say that it comes and goes but it's always when you are on long streaks and also that you aren't really noticing female attraction.

    I guess u are right . It doesn't make much sense.
    I meant that i dont notice it because i am focused on my job.
    Long streaks on nopmo i feel it is always there especially after day 10 or so.
    It is not the main reason i am Doing it.
