I am on day 21 and I experienced this testo surge today; big urge come this morning on bed and I almost relapsed! Fortunately I didn't edge or didn't touch myself, and I was having this battle in my mind that one "me" keep saying "M just once and it's fine, you will start the next streak right after", and the strong side "me" was like "If you do it this time you will never able to reach your goal, and your previous streak is worthless!" Gladly the strong side of me wins!

I was trying to reboot for one year and I relapsed almost everytime on moment like this! exactly this situation: on bed and just wake up and having this mind battle! But today I tried the meditation and it calms me down very quickly, and it's my first time that I overcame this "initial surge" ! Thank you NoFap community and other guys for sharing their encouraging and uplifting stories; they keeps me motivated all the time! There will be one day I can reach my goal and share my success stories with everyone!

Hate this PMO shit so much! It just turns you into a zombie! I am only on day 21 and have already experience some ups and downs; it's not a each process!. We will become stronger after each relapse and after each mind battle, but we will be there!

    Hi mate,

I am on day 21 too and the urges are intense. I have the same inner dialogues where I am like, "Just watch a bit of porn, you've earned it and one look won't hurt". My heart races at the though of watching it and my whole body almost aches for it.

I am big into meditating too and feeling the urge, acknowledging it, and then making the right decision to let if go and do something else.

Every mind battle you win is a victory and you should feel proud of yourself.

You overcame a challenge and should feel great about that. Im close to your time and its not easy. Ive had little urges but want to stay on this journey. I know exercise and eating healthy and just trying to live right in general, helps overall. We can really rationalize and that doesn't do us any good. Keep up the good work.
