Bigger Balls

I think it's allowed to say balls here.
So day 11, they grow guys.
Now after 11 days I just see only gains. I've had difficult moments with brain fog and so on but every morning so far I'm happier and more focused.
It's incredible to forget about the fap habit because you remember and pay attention to the things that truly matter in your life. I'm kinda proud of myself, I feel it and also the people around me.
Must say that together with physical exercise and meditation is working miracles, and I must say I sleep much better leaving aside the erotic dreams I've been through.
