blood sugar control and nofap

    So I am a type 1 diabetic.

    For years I have abused my body with swinging blood sugars and gapping everyday gambling everyday smoking.

    I am currently on a path to heal myself.

    Really I just wanted to give a tip since this stint of nofap km on day 6. I have stopped eating sugary food and nofap has been much easier. I don't know if this will help everyone but for some I feel it could be useful.

    i find i'm sort of craving more sweet things over the last few months. I'm not usually to bothered.

    Well I don't know if there is any correlation between your nuts and your pancreas, but they are both part of the endocrine system.
