Yesterday, July 3 2023, I began a workout routine consisting of the 'Big 5' exercises taken from Body by Science (Doug McGuff & John Little). The routine is super-intensive and is once-a-week in order to give the muscles time to recover. Here is a video that demonstrates the Big five exercises. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do the overhead press. I thought the machine I used could do it. Next time, I'll do this with dumbbells.
