    Hi all.

    I decided to join the NoFap community today because after breaking a 6-month clean run a few months back, I felt so disillusioned with myself that I virtually gave up the fight.

    Having climbed back on the horse a couple of days ago, I realise that I need to be in regular contact with other people who are wrestling to become free of their porn addiction.

    I salute everyone here for their courage to walk this road & willingness to help those around them.

    More power to you all.
