Hey guys, I am just posting here does anyone have any good book recommendations on creating strategies to recover from porn addiction or general books that inspired them and helped along the way. I am been trying to kick the habit of masturbating to porn and I'm failing miserably! I feel all muddled and just uninspired and uncommitted to say the least but miserable because I keep doing it and I am showing such bad self-control. Let me know if you have any recommendations as I am an avid reader and I feel like a few good suggestions could make the world of difference. Thank you all!
Yes there is a great, easy to read book about porn addiction and it also talks about other internet addictions; it’s called Breaking the Feedback Loop by A.N. TURNER. He overcame internet and porn addiction in college; I was hesistant to read at first bc I’m 30 the author is 22 but it’s BRILLIANT, as he explains how porn and internet addiction works and what you can do to overcome it. A must read.
