Brain fog after Wet Dream?

    Hey guys, i'm on day 59 of my nofap hardmode journey, and i've noticed that i experience brain fog the day after a wet dream. It doesn't feel like a relapse, but in some ways it does. I feel weak and sleepy even though i'm well rested. Is this normal? Why does this happen?

    It happens i don't know why.it's not a relapse but yeah there is brain fog and weakness.it's just our body regulating semen level.totally natural
