Brain Fog is killing me!

    Day 5 of NoFap and the brain fog is KILLING me! It's been going on for about the last 15 or so hours I'm struggling to keep my thoughts in a conversation but if I'm correct this will go away as I get father along. How are y'all adapting to the brain fog?
