    As I understand, Recovery is when your mind switch from porn desire to sex desire.
    On my 29th day of hard mode (+2 month of regular relaps) I feel little bit of improvement. (Before: I wanted to watch fetish porn more. Now: all porn equally).
    But of course, it's too far of recover.
    And to motivate me to continue, Could you explain how switch process works?
    How did your brain recover step by step?
