Man, you are filled with pure motivation. I've learnt something from you that I'll never forget, i.e. we should never find motivation from outside, for all the motivation required is within us. We just have to search in ourselves. Thanks brother for teaching me this lesson. I'll never forget it.

Everything we need is within us, we just have to search and find it... We have to know what we want in life, what we want to achieve, what we want to be... I ask myself many times who am I, what is my function here on earth and everyday I get the same answer... I am here to be what I am meant to be... To fight to the end, to be a true warrior, to be the best version of myself everyday, to never give up and one day my brothers one day I have an idea that we all will live in peace and harmony and get rid of all the bad habbits that slow us down... Remember this day men, forthere will be yours for all time...

Man if I could get a fraction of your determination going strong like yourself I would be doing better. I know it is possible but it will require work and being physically uncomfortable as I fight my urges. I thank you for starting this thread and encouraging us!!!!!

Wow, great posts, man.

I just found this forum and I find a lot of helpful stuff from here. You thread is definitely the source of great motivation.

When I read some stories about some guys PMO-ing several times a day, I feel like it's not that bad for me (I usually PMO couple of times a week), but then again, I feel more and more that it may still be one of my problems. Plus some other addictions (like partying only with alcohol, since otherwise it's not that fun and without alco I am scared to approach women etc).

So thanks for motivating us and keep up the good work
