    O God, be kind to Zion and help her; rebuild the walls of Jerusalem

    Hi guys
    In this verse you are Zion and you are telling God to rebuild the walls Jerusalem
    This means as we were workers of PMO
    Which is a sin now we are telling God to forgive us our sins and help us to rebuild
    the walls of Jerusalem which means God is going to lead as with our nofap journey
    Therefore we are going to be rebuild again
