    Spoke to my ex girlfriend about how when we were together I just couldn't break this addiction and how I had zero libido. Humiliation at its finest... Was the right thing though and she took it very well. Definitely think it built a bridge between us a little. Thought I would share this because maybe it gives others some courage to talk with their partners or ex partners about their issues.
